Rasa Center for Yoga Wellness is a sanctuary for the community to find calm and peace in their daily lives. We are a premier yoga school offering certified teacher trainings, workshops, and public classes, including flow, seniors, kids, pre-post natal, tai chi and yoga for cancer patients. Rasa also has a retail boutique and offers massage.

The quintessential character of our center is based upon the understanding of the Sanskrit word "rasa", which is rich with expressive meanings, such as taste, nectar, essence, divine love.
