In our role as a community leader and partner, we work closely with local nonprofit and government agencies to most effectively deliver services to area residents. These partnerships provide the opportunity to join together to best serve the needs of job seekers and employers throughout the Rogue Valley.

The Job Council understands the importance of employment from both a financial and personal perspective. Our goal is to enhance the opportunities available to both job seekers and employers by creating a contributing, successful workforce and a vibrant economy, resulting in a healthier community for all residents of Jackson and Josephine counties. We accomplish our goal by focusing on our primary objective, to provide outstanding programs for the participants and employers we so proudly serve. - Oregon Job Council
