This restaurant is located just north of Ashland in a small building with no sign- just an arrow pointing towards the front door.

The food is all organic with everything made in house. They offer a world class wine list which can be paired up with seven to nine first courses and main courses which change daily and seasonally. They also offer a 3 to 4 choice set menu of favorites.

With only six tables and a reputation that precedes itself, reservations are a must; New Sammy’s is sometimes booked a month in advance during the high season.
